Plugins
Plugin licences are product-specific and are delivered with each plugin through Apple’s standard End-User Licence Agreement on the App Store. These terms do not override Apple’s EULA for App Store purchases.
No warranty
The website and any content are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Anode Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or freedom from errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anode Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of anode-labs.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
